Responsibilities:
1- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of blue-collar candidates.
2- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and local community organizations.
3- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and suitability for blue-collar roles.
4- Collaborate with hiring managers and supervisors to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions and specifications.
5- Coordinate and participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities to attract potential candidates.
6- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in blue-collar recruitment.

- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably with a focus on blue-collar hiring.
- Solid understanding of blue-collar job requirements, skill sets, and qualifications.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including online job portals and social media platforms.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidates effectively.
- Knowledge of applicable labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates, hiring managers and external partners.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
