Marbella Food Industries Company located in 6 October requires
QA Section Head .
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with all quality assurance programs, including GMP and HACCP
• Evaluate and assist in developing processes, specifications, and critical control points in manufacturing, for ongoing quality assurance of all finished goods
• Manage HACCP assessments and reassessments. Compose and edit HACCP plans and strategies for new products. Manage HACCP records and file maintenance
• Manage QA team and organize their works.
• Ensure that all new regulations are quickly and accurately implemented at all assigned facilities and suppliers.
• Implement quality assurance programs that effectively verify product manufacturing in a way that result in company compliance with regulatory SOP, GMP and HACCP.
• Establish manufacturing specifications, standards, protocols
Qualifications:
• 3 – 6 years QA food processing experience
• Bachelor of veterinary medicine, Bachelor of Agriculture, Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Bachelor of pharmaceutical science
• HAACP, GMP training courses.
• ISO 22000, ISO 9001 awareness and internal audit courses.
