For immediate #hiring (Internal Account Manager) for digital marketing company team at Digitics
*Job Description :
1- Organize tasks and distribute them among the creative team, ensuring timely delivery by the set deadlines.
2- Receive plans from the marketer and assign tasks to the creative team using Asana.
3- Supervise the task shooting process and provide necessary decorations for the photographer.
4- Review and evaluate completed tasks after shooting, then deliver them to the marketer.
5- Initiate the publication of videos on social media platforms.
6- Oversee all social media accounts of the company.
7- Monitor the moderation team to ensure timely and appropriate responses to clients.
8- Organize, arrange, and code videos on a drive sheet for easy retrieval.
9- Manage a monthly financial allowance from the company for purchasing necessary items.
*Job Requirements
1- Proven experience in task management and team coordination.
2- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
3- Previous experience in social media management and content publishing.
4- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and marketers.
6- Ability to supervise and provide feedback on creative tasks.
7- Proficient in using social media platforms and understanding of their dynamics.
8- Basic knowledge of video production and photography.
9- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Asana or other required tools.
10- Basic financial management skills for handling company allowances.
*Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Language:
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Availability:
1- Full-time availability with flexibility for urgent tasks as needed.
2- This role is based at our office in Zahraa Maadi.
3- You will be reporting to the Marketing Manager and working closely with the creative team and social media moderators.
