" Insurance Manager"

Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze risks associated with policies.
- Reviews insurance claims to ensure accuracy as per agreement prior to dispatch to respective insurance
companies.
- Monitors insurance discounts and rejections and prepares & submits periodic reports to the finance
manager for review.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in collecting overdue payments for charge accounts, credit
card accounts, or loans from customers of banks, loan companies, department stores, oil companies, or other credit-card-issuing companies.
- Designs, updates, and implements policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure efficiency and accuracy in
insurance operations.

Qualifications:
- Medical Graduate. (Must be physician)
- 5 years of experience in the same position.
- Must have experience in the medical Saudi market.
- Must have experience with Saudi insurance systems like (NPHIES)

Job Summary;

-  Implements departmental goals, objectives, policies and procedures.

- Develop infection control policies and procedures and work instructions throughout the hospital that ensures compliance with JCI standards, MOH, and national guidelines.

- Daily rounds for auditing infection control practices throughout the hospital and documenting observations related to the causes of infection and or infection trends.

- Assists in preparing reports and statistical data for infection control committee and other committees as needed.

Education and Requirements :

- Bachelor degree in (Medicine and surgery, Pharmacy) with post graduated diploma in infection control. "MUST"

-    Experience: 3 years of Infection Control experience in Hospitals.

-    Certification: Certification in Infection Control (CIC)
