Handling real time and historical data

Fairly good understanding of Production Environment Metrics (such as Forecasting, AHT, Shrinkage, Overtime and FTE’s)
Technical Skills - Excellent MS Excel, Power Point
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
Reporting skills is a plus
