About the job:
- Responsible for ensuring that maintenance procedures and services are provided by outsourced facility management.
-Resolving resident concerns and requests on a timely basis to ensure resident satisfaction with management.
-Arrange activities and events to foster a sense of community among residents.
-Create and implement policies and processes in accordance with Company guidelines. 
-Attend Resident's meetings to understand owner concerns/requests and improve communications.
-Communicate with the Management about any recurring problems and suggest solutions.

Experience in real estate is a must.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Fluent English.
Customer Oriented.
Excellent Problem Solving.
Presentable.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
