Job Description:
•Manage all client leases.
•Coordinate property viewings, follow-ups and updating of contact management database.
•Market renting listings through open houses and showings.
•Negotiate lease terms with landlords and property management companies.
•Coordinate and schedule lease applications, and ensure compliance.
•Execute new lease agreements and coordinate move-in processes.
•Prepare all lease-related paperwork
•Conduct market research for potential store locations across Egypt.
•Negotiate lease agreements and terms with property owners, ensuring favorable conditions for our Company.
•Manage relationships with landlords, property managers, and other stakeholders to maintain positive partnerships.
•This position requires extensive travel throughout Egypt to scout potential store locations and interact with property owners and stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
•University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
•Minimum experience of 1 year in sales/leasing of estate and /or shopping center spaces.
•Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
•Good English
•Proven track record in negotiating and executing lease agreements.
•Ability to travel extensively throughout Egypt as needed.
•Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
•Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to leasing agreements.
