Job Title: Junior investigation officer

 

Job Description

• Conduct field visits to the client’s premises to assess the financial and operational situation of the business.

• Interview, correspond with and collect feedback from the client’s external stakeholders (suppliers, customers, and competitors), industry experts and other financial institutions (as applicable) to determine the client’s financial strength, reputation, and ability to repay debts regularly.

• Analyze information gathered by the investigation, reports findings and recommendations.

• Working on the screen of the Central Bank of Egypt & I-Score.

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting on his activities to management.

• Ensure proper self-time management.

• Prepare reports as per client.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Good command of Arabic and English.

• Very good communication skills (written, verbal and listing).

At least one year experience in related field

Responsibilities:

1- Candidates will be responsible for a wide range of duties related to the investigation and elimination of online ecommerce risk.
2- Excellent individual problem-solving and analytical skills are used to authenticate customers and complex transactions.
3- The Sanctions Investigator will be required to engage in frequent written and verbal communication with department management, risk analysts, risk engineers, other company associates and third-parties to accomplish goals. They may also be required to contact customers by phone.

Qualification;

1- Bachelor degree is a must to apply for this position.
2- Candidates have to be proficient in English as well as Arabic languages. Expertise in both written and verbal communication across the above mentioned languages is mandatory.
