Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain & Business Planning Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, optimizing supply chain processes, and contributing to the overall business strategy. This individual will be responsible for overseeing supply chain activities, demand planning, inventory management, and business analysis, process compliance and to ensure seamless operations and strategic growth.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end supply chain process for projects , including procurement, demand forecasting, inventory management, and logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain processes and systems.
- Analyze demand patterns, and customer requirements to develop accurate demand forecasts and facilitate proactive planning.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs.
- Establish strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective supply chain management.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, KPI tracking, and reporting to measure supply chain effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency within the supply chain function.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., APICS, CPIM) is a plus.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, business planning, and operations within a fast-paced and complex environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen attention to detail. - Proficiency in utilizing supply chain management software, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment and drive change management initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and drive operational excellence.
