مطلوب مدير مكتب لفرع شركة إعلامية قائمة في الإمارات سيكون مقرها القاهرة

المواصفات المطلوبة:

- شاب جامعي ذو شخصية إدارية ويفضل الحاصلين على شهادة في إدارة الأعمال

- لايتجاوز عمره ٣٥ سنة

- القدرة على قيادة فريق متعدد المهام حيث سيضم المكتب محررين صحفيين ومصممي جرافيك وموظفين لمونتاج الفيديو بالإضافة لتقنيين متخصصين بالإعلان في وسائل التواصل الإجتماعي

المهام:

1. متابعة الحضور والانصراف للموظفين وتنظيم أوقات العمل التي ستمتمد على مدار اليوم بنظام الفترات

2. العمل على ايجاد افكار وحلول لتنظيم سير حركة العمل بشكل أكثر تنظيما وفقاً لما يتم الاتفاق عليه مع الإدارة الرئيسية في الشركة الأم

3. مسئول مسئولية كاملة بخصوص " شئون العاملين ، والشئون الادارية" من إجازات واستئذان وحضور وانصراف ومواعيد عمل .

4. استلام المهام المطلوبة من الفرع الرئيسي والخاصة بالتشغيل "حملات + تصميمات" والتأكد من الحصول على كافة المعلومات المطلوبة لتنفيذ ما يناط بالمكتب من مهام.

5. تسليم المهام إلى الأقسام المعنية بالتنفيذ والمتابعة معها لتوفير المعلومات للإدارة حال طلبها .  

6. توفير تقرير أسبوعي عن سير حركة العمل بالتعاون والتنسيق مع الإدارات المختلفة

7. التنسيق مع محاسب الفرع الرئيسي فيما يخص الرواتب ودفعها في وقتها ومصاريف المكتب المختلفة وشراء ما يلزم منها أو تكليف شخص آخر بالشراء 

8. عمل اجتماعات دورية عن بعد مع الإدارة في الفرع الرئيسي والتواصل اليومي عن طريق الواتساب معها

1- Digital Products Officer:

• Responsible for alignment of customer experience with digital channels, and propositions

• Manages digital product content cross all digital channels (Arabic & English).
• Creates and maintains enhanced product content in support of the key product data-driven business processes for Bank
• Ensures accuracy of product content through verification of key product identifiers, attributes, descriptions and other information areas associated with product content.
• Creates non-campaign and non-marketing or editorial content for the site & Different channels, including articles, products catalogue, instructions and FAQ or help content.
• She will responsible to create content that’s easy to understand and consistent with the brand or voice of the product or site
• Measures performance of the content development and enhancement process.
• Proactively establishes and cultivates a broad network of contacts both within and outside bank to ensure the company is constantly developing leading edge product content.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Alsun, Arts or equivalent from related experience in content development and management.
• 1-2 years of professional work experience in the area of product content development and management preferably at, PR, Advertising Media, Journalism, and Publishing.
• A flexible approach to work and working hours.
• Familiarity in working with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Knowledge of SEO, digital customer experience best practices.
