1- Digital Products Officer:

• Responsible for alignment of customer experience with digital channels, and propositions
• Responsible for delivery of agreed products in digital channels that continuously evolve via consumer test and learn and quickly develop into commercially successful lines of business or experiences
• Owns the digital Banking products on a day-to-day basis, and liaises with other areas to make sure the digital value proposition is realized.
• He/she will responsible for commissioning and reviewing customer research to develop and maintain the product roadmap in terms of the business vision, and can prioritize the backlog of changes and improvements.
• Has a clear understanding of customer needs, market trends and mobile first technologies and defines a digital strategy that takes these into consideration
• Responsible for the definition and development of improvement opportunities across customer experience and digitally native capabilities
• Design & Deliver daily reports for every digital product to direct manager

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Ideally, past work experience with digital Institutions.
• Experience with User Led Design, prototyping, working in Agile environment
• Comfortable with technology including ability to translate business and customer needs to IT requirements
• Exposure to projects that touch a range of technical platforms (Digital Solutions).
• Strong thought and creativity to proactively propose new business opportunities and resolve issues
• Competent with project planning and reporting
• Proven ability to build strong relationships across stakeholder groups
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Energetic, positive attitude and team player
• A flexible approach to work and working hours.
• Prior experience leading the planning and execution of strategic digital projects and initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Good command in spoken and written English
• Technologically savvy
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Experience: 1-3 years
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferable

2- Digital Content Development Specialist:

• Manages digital product content cross all digital channels (Arabic & English).
• Creates and maintains enhanced product content in support of the key product data-driven business processes for Bank
• Ensures accuracy of product content through verification of key product identifiers, attributes, descriptions and other information areas associated with product content.
• Creates non-campaign and non-marketing or editorial content for the site & Different channels, including articles, products catalogue, instructions and FAQ or help content.
• She will responsible to create content that’s easy to understand and consistent with the brand or voice of the product or site
• Measures performance of the content development and enhancement process.
• Proactively establishes and cultivates a broad network of contacts both within and outside bank to ensure the company is constantly developing leading edge product content.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Alsun, Arts or equivalent from related experience in content development and management.
• 1-2 years of professional work experience in the area of product content development and management preferably at, PR, Advertising Media, Journalism, and Publishing.
• A flexible approach to work and working hours.
• Familiarity in working with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Knowledge of SEO, digital customer experience best practices.
• Experience supporting increased sales and traffic through online websites related to enhancement of product content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written English & Arabic
• Technologically savvy
