- Senior Research Analyst:
* Education background: real estate, finance, investment banking & related majors
* Gender: male
* Experience: 5 years in real state (feasibility studies, real estate valuation, real estate studies, financial modeling)
- Office Manager:
* Vacancies: 1
* Education background: bachelor degree in related field
* Gender: female
* Experience: 1-2 years
* key tasks: managing company’s social media accounts, coordination between headquarter & Egypt office... etc.
- Data Entry Operator:
* Education background: bachelor degree in related field
* Gender: female
* Experience: 1-2 years, ability to read & dissect official tenure documents (property deed, construction permits, ...etc.)
* key tasks: submitting valuation reports on regulator’s website (one by one), data entry (valuation reports).
- Real Estate Appraiser:
* Education background: architecture, urban planning & related engineering majors
* Gender: male
* Experience: 1-2 years or fresh graduates
