Job Description:
. Works with the Chief Financial Officer, other Executive Team members, and District staff in developing policies and a vision for the future.
. Integrates policies, procedures, and processes with the #ERP_system ( #JD_Edwards) to improve effectiveness and efficiencies District activities.
. Oversee ERP system internal controls, including user access, accuracy of transactions, and reliable integrations with other critical systems and databases.
. Oversee, review, and approve the preparation of monthly, annual and ad hoc financial reports.
. Supervise the grants reporting process.
. Collaborate with other agencies to develop funding projections.
. Analyze short and long range financial planning.
. Responsible for the hiring, training, supervising, reviewing, disciplining, and terminating subordinate staff as needed and in accordance with District policy
Job Requirements:
. 15+ years of experience
. Multinational background
. Presentable
. Fluent English
