-Minimum 5 years experience
-Minimum 2 years of real estate experience (preferably in commercial real estate management)
-Previous experience in project management, operations or commercial management is a must
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Excellent negotiation skills
-Good financial knowledge
-PMP / RMP Certification is a plus
-CRRP / CCIM Certification is a plus
