Badr for food industries is looking for "Call Center Agent" with below criteria:-
Job conditions:-
Working hours from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm
- Work from home at Saturday (extra work from home days might occurs according to business need) - Weekend at Friday

Job Description:
- Managing inbound calls in a timely manner.
- Managing outbound calls to activate sales with customers
- Answer customer inquiries and orders at the company social media channels
- Providing courteous and professional phone support to customers.
- Updating customers account data, as required.
- Assist in resolving customers inquiries/complaints .
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- Experience more than 1 year (in call centre and telesales)
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Good English Level
- Professional in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Telesales experience is a plus
- Good data entry and typing skills
