As the Marketing Manager at Arafa Market, you will play a vital role in shaping and implementing our marketing strategy, whilst ensuring consistent and compelling brand messaging across all channels. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment,
Role Summary :
Identify marketing strategies, conduct the necessary marketing research, and prepare marketing plans to ensure access to the target customer segments and work to meet their desires and link them to the company's trade name.
ROLE PROFILE:
Setting marketing objectives to achieve the company’s strategic objectives.
Conduct marketing research and study the market share of the company and competitors.
Research and analyze various financial, technological and demographic factors with the aim of obtaining marketing opportunities and reducing the intensity of competition to the lowest degree.
Develop a pricing strategy in cooperation with the General Manager and the Board of Directors.
Conducting marketing studies, whether on current products or new products.
Study customer needs and identify target segments of customers.
Preparing annual marketing plans and setting marketing goals
Review asset-level Marketing Calendar based on direction from the Line Manager. This includes review and approve Marketing Calendar and provide input ensuring their consistency across as well as follow policies, procedures and guidelines communicated by the asset management business unit corporate marketing.
Develop annual Marketing budget with inputs from the Marketing team and Line Manager. Ensure timely implementation and compliance of the Marketing team to budget requirements.
Responsible for developing innovative and tailored joint marketing programmes targeted on customer needs that achieve measurable results in consumer footfall and spending.
Manage relationships with major external agencies. This includes supporting the Marketing team in negotiating with external agencies as and when required.
Administer the implementation of marketing campaigns or initiatives in the assigned area e.g. Loyalty Card Program in line with the Asset Management business unit Corporate Marketing and ensure its timely execution and monitoring.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration / marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 8 - 10 years of progressive experience in managing all aspects of Marketing function in a highly dynamic and customer driven industry
Retail / FMCG background
Previous experience in managing a team.
Strong stakeholder management skills
