HR Business Partner at AFS

HR Business Partner is needed for a company in Heliopolis and below are the requirements:-

- Responsible for HR functions; Recruitment, Performance management, Personnel, OD, training & development
- Oversee the recruitment process that implemented by the senior recruiter till the on-boarding and orientation have been done completely within the specified time,
- Creating the job description, advertising, screening the CVs, and interviewing the candidates and counselling the managers on candidate selection,
- Create periodically time to hire reports, source analysis reports, cost per hire and turnover rate report,
- Create and implement the performance appraisal,
- Handle the medical/social insurance issues (contract renewal, employees issues, members addition & cancellation, approvals, and complains),
- Create the annual training needs analysis, training plan, and coordinate the training process

- Experience: from 4-6 years
- Organization development & training Skills
- Motivated & hard worker
- Strategic thinking
- Leadership skills
- Problem Solving
- Creativity
- Preferably living in Heliopolis or Nasr City
- Good computer skills
- Good in English
