HR Recruitment Specialist is Urgently Needed
Location (Heliopolis - Masr El-Gdida,Cairo)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for attracting and recruiting applicants to a range of positions in the company (White collars, housekeeping, security members, guards & maintenance)
- Receiving hiring requests from the company’s different departments.
- Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate list of the jobs and vacancies within the company to identify staffing needs.
- Advertising all vacancies internally through the company’s network and externally through various media channels and outlets.
- Selecting & Interviewing potential recruits and identifying those suitable for shortlisting.
- Carrying out all administrative arrangements for those attending a selection process,
- Sending job offer emails to accepted candidates that include the required hiring papers.
Participating in the orientation sessions for the newly hired employees.
Requirement:
Minimum 2-3 Years experience (White collars & Blue Collars Hiring)
knowledge of Labor & Insurance laws - Preferred
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office
