1- TT’s & WO issuing & Handling
2- Monitor Network and performance threshold Alarms
3-Analyze and classify Alarms
5-Escalation if need 2nd level support
6-Creat TT & WO
7_ Report Handling
Requirements:
1- Good knowledge of telecom standards ( GSM, 3G , LTE )
2- University Degree in communications
Experience:
0-2 years
