Job title : Compensation and Benefits Manager
Qualification:
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / any discipline .
• 10-15 years of experience in HR (5 of them in supervisory / managerial post)
• HRM Diploma & or certifications and education in compensation and benefits management.
• Demonstrating financial management and budgeting skills
• Making informed decisions based on data and statistics
• Has good background on ERP Systems “ Oracle is preferable “
• Has strong exposure on using salary surveys to Structuring compensation and benefits packages, and measure their success
• Identifying ways to develop and conserve human resources
• Good team work player
• Strong communication , analytical , negotiation & organizational skills
