HR Assistant at Ridgewood Group

Ridgewood Group for Water Desalination is Hiring “HR Assistant “ according to the following qualifications:

Education: Bachelor degree
Experience: 0 - 1 Years
Location: Must be from Cairo Residence (preferable Heliopolis resident)
English: Good
Skills: Key user in Microsoft Office
Knowledge about SQL and database is a plus

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Playing an active role in the implementation of HR Processes and make sure that it's updated according to ISO Management system.
• Involved in some tasks related to personnel Data and attendance.
• Update HR system with all data related to employee.
• Responsible for reviewing ( hiring & Terminations Processes )
• Responsible for HR weekly report.

Working environment:

• Life, Medical (private medical company) and social insurance.
• 5 working days (Friday and Saturday off)
• Fixed shift from 9 to 5
• Location : Orouba street - Heliopolis
