SAIB is currently recruiting for the following positions in Greater Cairo, with the below requirements and responsibilities:
1-Branch Manager:
Minimum 8 years of relevant banking experience.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Achieving the agreed upon target while ensuring that the action plan is in place in a timely manner.
- Promoting , selling & Cross Selling a full range of products and services to existing and potential through new leads and referrals.
- Managing and monitoring staff performance in terms of service quality, operational efficiency and active sale referrals.
- Handling escalated complex customer issues.
- Ensuring that all transactions are abiding to the Bank’s Policies & Procedures & CBE regulations.
2-Head of Sales & Services:
Minimum 6 years of relevant banking experience.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Approaching potential clients and handle existing ones successfully.
- Promoting , selling & Cross Selling a full range of products and services to existing and potential customers.
- Manage and monitor staff performance in terms of service quality, operational efficiency and active sale referrals.
- Handling escalated customer issues.
3-Sales & Services Officer / Senior Officer:
Minimum 2 years of relevant banking experience.
Main Job Responsibilities
- Approaching New potential clients and handling existing ones successfully.
- Selling & Cross selling full range of Products and services
- Handling customers’ inquiries .
- Ensure customer satisfaction through offering high quality of service thus maximizing customer profitability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce, Economics or relevant studies.
- Very good communication, selling and negotiation competencies.
