*Job Responsibilities:
▪ Handle the maintenance in the workshop.
▪ Adjust the workloads of employees to match their skills and abilities
▪ Handle diagnoses and preliminary diagnoses on vehicles using corresponding diagnosis tools and aids.
▪ Document diagnosis methods and processes.
▪ Contact the customer for additional information on the malfunction.
▪ Contact technical support department in case of complex technical problems.
▪ Ensure that any parts that need replacing are available in stock.
▪ Handle the training and development of technicians in the division.

*Job Requirements & Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is a must; preferably Automotive major.
▪ 0-3 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer.
▪ Very strong interpersonal and communication skills.
▪ Good command of English language.
▪ Excellent analytical thinking.
▪ Excellent negotiation skills.
▪ Organized, flexible and customer-oriented.
