We're Hiring a Quality Assurance Head

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the QA team, providing guidance and support to ensure objectives are met.
- Develop and implement QA policies and procedures to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance QA processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Food Science, Chemistry).
- Proven experience in a QA role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements.
