We are seeking a qualified and motivated Procurement Section Head to join our team at the Dream Land hospital. The candidate must have extensive experience in procurement, with a minimum of 8 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years as a Procurement Section Head in hospitals Sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the hospital's procurement strategy, ensuring availability of resources, equipment, and medical supplies at competitive prices.
- Manage and guide the procurement team in their day-to-day tasks.
- Negotiate with suppliers and establish strong and sustainable relationships with them.
- Review contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with hospital requirements and organizational policies.
- Identify opportunities for improving procurement efficiency and provide recommendations for enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with health standards, regulations, and relevant laws.

- Excellent strategic skills, ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multicultural setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
