Role:
As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations and providing strategic financial guidance to support our organization's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including utilizing Power Query and Power PI, to provide valuable insights and recommendations to senior management.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis.
Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, identify trends, and propose solutions to optimize financial performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and drive financial efficiency.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CMA preferred).
Proven experience of 12-15 years in a similar finance management role, preferably in the facility management industry.
Excellent data analysis skills using Power Query, Power PI, and advanced Excel functions.
Strong understanding of financial principles, financial modeling, and forecasting techniques.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of managing and developing a high-performing finance team.
Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
