To provide all kind of secretarial support to the CEO and senior management staff, as well being responsible for all communication and logistical activities needed in the Head Office and to handle all Head Office staff travel and accommodation logistics.

- Job Requirements
· A Bachelor degree in business administration or a relevant field.
· 2-3 years of experience in a similar position related to providing management support
· Successful track record of experience in office management and secretarial is desired
· Proficient in MS Office
· Customer oriented and a very good communicator.
· Very good command of the English Language (spoken/written).
· Very good business writing skills
· Maximum age 30 years
