Operations Administrator at Carnielli Egypt

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Operations Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the office, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and ordering supplies.
Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports 
Coordination with vendors.
Dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.
Other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is a must.
2+ years experience in a management role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
good in English.
