SME's Telesales Representative at Fawry

Fawry Banking and Payment Technology ( Fintech )is hiring a SME's Telesales Representative. 

Responsibilities:

Conduct Outbound Calls :
 - Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or through lead generation activities.
  - Introduce our products or services to potential customers, highlighting their key features and benefits.
 - Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and align our offerings accordingly.

Sales Conversion :
 - Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services to prospects.
 - Handle objections and address concerns to overcome sales barriers and increase conversion rates.
  - Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Relationship Building :
 - Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and relationship management.
 - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  - Maintain a customer-centric approach to drive repeat sales and customer loyalty.

Sales Documentation :
 - Accurately record and maintain customer information, sales activities, and relevant details in the CRM system.
 - Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by the sales management team.

Continuous Improvement :
 - Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
 - Seek feedback and participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and performance.
 - Collaborate with the sales team and share insights and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements :
- At least 2 years experience as a telesales representative preferably in banking sector or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and objection handling abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and sales software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and adaptable to changing business needs.
- Fluent in verbal and written communication in relevant languages.
