Magnom Holding Company is hiring immediately a (Treasury Manager) with the below Criteria:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Management, or Finance required
· Very good command of English
· Experience (10+ years) in Finance & Treasury including 6 years management position
· CPA & CTP Preferred
· Strong Treasury & Banking Background
· Professional experience as treasurer in the construction field
· Excellent knowledge of capital markets, accounting, finance, and tax
· Professional usage of ERP Treasury Systems (SAP Preferable)
· Knowledge of monetary markets, business investment, and financing strategies
· Proven connection and persuasive skills with banking and funding agencies
· Experience in Venture capital & startups is a plus.
A Must Requirements:
· Experience in Risk Management is a Must.
· Experience in Cash Management & Intercompany accounts is a MUST
· Ex-Banking experience is ESSENTIAL.
Responsibilities:
· Forecasting cash flows, arranging funds for operation, and investing funds in short- or long-term aspects to grow the value of the company financial assets.
· Ensure sufficient finance available to carry out smooth operation workflow.
· Should be aware of the conduct of business, maintain relationships with credit rating agencies, bankers, and lenders and to be able to control over the company debt, and investment management functions and its related affairs.
· Management of the company borrowing and investments profile and ensure that the borrowing rate is cheaper within the available market financing rates.
· Ensure that the cash surplus so is not lying idle, management of the cash flows of the business, and ensure enough liquidity in the company
· Identify the financial risk of the company, and find the best possible ways for raising the capital for the new business initiatives.
· Ensure that there are proper communication channels with the company’s stakeholders so that the treasury objectives of the business can be achieved properly.
· Guide investment opportunities, determine funding options, assess risks, and advise on financial policies to preserve and strengthen the company’s financial condition
· Very good command of English
