Corona is hiring Brand Manager - October Plant - Egypt
Responsibilities:
Ø Understands how to use the different types of research to identify and understand Brands’ target customers.
Ø Knows how to read and analyze retail audit and other sales data to come-up with conclusions and corrective measures based on research results.
Ø Consistently uses consumer research to determine innovation opportunities.
Ø Responsible of developing the annual marketing plans ensuring conformance with the given strategies and targets.
Ø Understands brand Equity and ensure that all activities are done to nourish and strengthen it and uplifting the brand image.
Ø Knows the value chain of the product and pricing of competition and Recommends product pricing strategy.
Ø Executes regular market visits to stand upon all market updates.
Ø Lead packaging projects, starting from briefing all the way long to production.
Ø Has the basic understanding the communication touch points and is updated with the new platforms.
Ø Sets periodical brands’ communication platforms.
Ø Develops creative and communication briefs and assess shared submissions.
Ø Sets media plans, evaluates submissions in-light of the give strategy and objectives, and conduct post campaign analysis measuring the effectiveness of the campaign.
Ø Plan and implement consumer promotions based on the set objectives.
Ø Carries out a complete assessment of promotions.

Required:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant major
Ø 2-4 years of experience
Ø Project & people management Skills
Ø Very good analysis skills.
Ø Fluency in English.
Ø Knowledge of FMCG industry is preferable.
Ø Excellent communication skills.
Ø Dynamic professional with the ability to work under pressure.
Ø Leadership with good interpersonal & influencing skills.
