citPEAK is extending their team and looking to hire HR Generalist
Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for People management, Employee’s relations, Employees Personnel (Contracts, filing system) to ensure the alignment with the Labor Law.
• Implement training needs analysis, development plans, and team-building activities.
• Manage the recruitment process and interview processes such as posting vacancies through different channels on social media, screens CVs, coordinating interviews, handling in-person or phone interviews.
• Keep records of work times and attendance, tracking employees’ absences (regular/ irregular), and act accordingly.
• Keep records of insurance coverage and personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Be responsible for the employee database system as well as employment files.
• Perform the processing of monthly payrolls.
• Effectively communicate with team members, and management.
• Assist in the onboarding session and conduct the orientation session for the newcomers.
• Assist with the oversight of employee performance management; performance improvement plans, corrective actions, etc.
• Ad Hoc/other assigned HR duties and initiatives as assigned by the department head

• Experience 3-5 years relevant Experience as HR Generalist
• Bachelor’s degree in business-related major
• HR diploma is Plus
• Attending to detail so that information
• Multitasking with ease and adjusting as new demands are added
• Excellent Organizational Skills
• Excellent Time Management Skills
• Excellent Problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English is a must
