" We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates to onboarding process and finalize the process. "
✅ Job Description :
- Post vacant jobs on all available sourcing channels including ( LinkedIn, Facebook, recruitment websites and other social media sites).
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive).
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Sending and welcome Email for the newly hired.
- Respond new comers inquiries .
- Following Up within Probation Period and after 3 months probation Period to track the Performance.

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist From 3 to 4 years
Specially Recruiting at ( Sales Position - Blue Collars) .
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS Software.
- Excellent in Microsoft Suite.
- Experience at Automotive industry is prefered.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist From 3 to 4 years
