What you'll do?
• Lead the monthly forecasting cycle with internal & external stakeholders & conduct monthly forecast maintenance based on history, industry trends & market insights.
• Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy & address demand-related issues
• Collaborate with commercial team to manage & optimize inventories & service level at distributors & communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.
• Build customer service function & SLAs with internal & external stakeholders including order management
• Monitoring and evaluation of all orders and sales processes as well as preparation of order reports.
Years of experience required: 5-7 years in Supply/Demand Planning or Customer Service; solid understanding of inventory management, forecasting, customer service & order management practices & procedures in an FMCG
