We 're Hiring "Receptionist & Admin Assistant "

Qualification:
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience.
• Academic: Bachelor Degree.
• Administration background is a must.
• Excellent communication skills.
• V. Good command of English.
• V. Good user of Microsoft office.
• Gender: Females only.
  
About Job :
• Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
• Receive, direct and reply telephone messages, E-mail and fax messages. 
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
• Receive and sort daily mail.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Aware of company policy and work regulations.
• Administers medical insurance.
• Maintains human resources records by tracking attendance ,annual, sick vacation.
