Min 7 years’ experience in a multinational environment
Solid experience in recruitment and development management
Good understanding and management of benefit plans
Sound audit management capabilities
Hands-on Experience in Work Day and SAP
Good awareness of labor law
Excellent analytical, organizing, planning and communication skills
Ability to focus on priorities
