Talent Management Manager at EDECS


EDECS is Hiring :
Position : Talent Management Manager 

Responsibilities:
· Strategic Planning and Forecasting:
· Translate annual manpower plans into actionable recruitment targets.
Talent Pipeline Management:
· Create and manage an integrated talent pipeline covering planning, recruitment, onboarding, and development.
Recruitment Strategy Development:
· Develop attraction strategies, including online advertising and university partnerships.
· Establish summer internship programs.
University and Agency Relationships:
· Cultivate relationships with universities, non-profits, and recruitment agencies.
· Expand cooperation, conduct company presentations, and participate in career fairs.
Candidate Assessment and Selection:
· Establish a central hub for candidate assessment.
· Develop and implement assessment materials.
· Participate in assessment centers.
Onboarding and Development Programs:
· Ensure efficient onboarding and development programs for both graduate and experienced hires.
Troubleshooting and Process Improvement:
· Address recruitment issues and drive process improvements.
Learning and Development Support:
· Plan, organize, and operationalize learning and development strategies.
· Track and measure delivery across the organization.
Business Talent Review Integration:
· Integrate talent review processes across the company/division.
Leadership and Supervision:
· Lead and supervise the recruitment team, providing coaching and direction.
· Supervise the work of recruitment agencies.
· Prepare annual talent/senior succession reviews.

Reporting:
· Provide accurate and timely progress tracking/reporting to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have at least 15 years of experience out of which 5 years' experience in a Talent Management position with a proven record of success 
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Human Resources , or related field (MBA preferred)
- Preferably expertise in construction sector
- Flexibility in resolving issues and addressing changing priorities
- · Practical experience in recruitment or manpower/succession planning is advantageous.
· Good knowledge of OD Concepts Theories and Diagnoses.
· Ability to develop learning strategies.
