Main responsibilities :
Attend and minute all board meetings and arrange for the distribution of the minutes.
Assist in the preparation of regularly reports.
Answer telephone and give information to callers, take messages or transfer calls.
Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities and experiential growth opportunities.
Collect weekly reports from all departments and corporate with them to give advice for reporting forms.
Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Organize travel arrangements for senior managers and make a good relation with travel agencies and hotels.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
MBA holder is preferred

Alexandria residents only
Excellent knowledge of documents management
Excellent knowledge of Technology sector and contracts Clients follow-up skills
Fluent in English is must
Administrative Assistant top skills & proficiency
Minimum Experience: 3 – 5 years.
