Job description:
• Manage the overall sales process and achieve the sales targets as a set.
• Advise and orient the customers about the company products through cold calls and meetings
• Contact the leads generated from the marketing department and record the required feedback on the CRM
• Organize site visits with the customers and make sure that the customers have a clear picture of the project.
• Build networks and find new sources for potential sales leads
• Answer customers’ inquiries and make sure that the information is delivered properly
• Represent the company in exhibitions and conferences

Requirements:
• Selling skills
• Target oriented
• Strong presentation skills
• Presentable
• Advanced communication and negotiation skills
• Customer service oriented
• CRM knowledge
• Good command of the English language
• 2-5 years of experience in sales Real Estate
