A reputable company in the field of facility management is looking for Recruitment Head
Will work closely with HR business partners to understand the company objectives and construct plans and strategies to improve recruitment performance.
Main responsibilities:
1- attract top talent and diverse candidates across all levels of an organization
2- Identify the organization’s needs and work to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance
3- Develop, manage and maintain a highly-skilled team to assist with talent development
4- Communicate with external sources, i.e. peer organizations to acknowledge any trends in recruitment and markets which could impact upon the business
5- Anticipate the organizations future and working with senior executives to advise on recruiting tactics that will help to sustain the company’s success •
6- Develop and retain a diverse talent acquisition team
Qualifications:
• More than 5 years of experience at the same field
• FM & Construction back ground is a must
• Effective communication skills
• Have the ability to handle multiple assignments
• A self-starter who can work independently
• Flexible
