Now hiring HR Supervisor
Job Description:
- Manages the district’s Human Resource activity. Ensures human resources procedures and other operations are consistent with current laws and district policy.
- Develops, plans, and implements Department goals and objectives
-Coordinate all stages of the hiring process, job openings, reviewing conducting interviews,
- ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
-Complete investigations as required. work with management , also assess employee engagement and retention, and actively work to identify, analyze, and improve any problematic areas
*Ensure that employees have a systematic method for reporting work hours.
*Develop organization strategies and obtain their input on critical HR issues and discuss and resolve a variety of human resources issues such as staffing, reorganization, policy and rule interpretation and related personnel issues.
*Requirements:
-Bachelor degree (Business administration is preferable)
-5:7 years of experience in all HR Functions
