A leading company providing complete architectural solutions requires the following:
Position: Production Manager
Division: Wood Factory

Qualifications & Competencies:
- Engineering Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Masters degree in Business administration
- 10 + years of experience in wood factory management and production
- Experience in the same industry (wood factory) is necessary
- Experience in financial and accounting practices as well as of budgeting/expense management
- Good command of English and Arabic, written and spoken
- Strong computer skills including the ability to prepare spreadsheets and use of MS Office to analyze data and trends
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge
- Excellent decision-making and problem solving skills
- Strong leadership skills, excellent management skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Previous GCC exposure is a must
- Flexibility in working and coping with people' s diversity
Nationality : Egyptian / Any
Responsibilities:
- Organize and oversee the manufacturing of products .
- The candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the output quality
- Develop factory procedures and plans
- Manage production capacity and resource planning in order to meet production demands and plans
- Ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance
- Estimate costs and prepare budgets
- Manage all factory resources (manpower and machines)
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers, .. etc.)
- Approve maintenance work
- Control store assets and coordinate procurement
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Ensure adherence to and implementation of workplace safety rules, standards and best practices
- Issue weekly and monthly production performance reports and update management and concerned departments
- Prepare annual budget reports for production operations
- Staff training in order to meet better requirements demanded by customers.
