A leading company providing complete architectural solutions requires the following:
Position: Technical Office Manager (Engineering Office)
Division: Wood Factory

Qualifications & Competencies:
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, civil engineering or related field
• 7-10 years of relative experience
• Experience in the same industry (wood factory) is necessary
• In-depth up-to-date technical knowledge
• Good communication and supervisory skills
• Time management skills
• Should have good knowledge of MS Office, ERP system
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Previous GCC / ME experience is preferable
• Flexibility in working and coping with people' s diversity
• Nationality : Egyptian / Any
Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical & administrative information to team members to ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instruction
2. Supervise and review the preparations of method statements with construction personnel
3. Plan and maintain project budget and schedule planning
4. Attend progress meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals
5. Coordinate between construction and engineering teams ensuring that construction requirements are conveyed to the engineering teams and that engineering deliverables satisfy the construction requirements
6. Manage the cost analysis and cost control of site activities
7. Document project issues/conditions
8. Maintain organized and detailed project records
