Minimum Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in engineering or related discipline. / Bachelor degree in Engineering or Management or Administration (JH)

Minimum Experience:
- 07+ years of plant/production experience in the FMCG industry.
- At least 05 years of experience in a senior position in an FMCG manufacturing plant involving the integration of operations, logistics, maintenance, engineering, quality, health, safety, environment and support/administration activities.

Job-Specific Skills:
- Excellent English language.
- Knowledge in the beverage industry raw material, products and equipment.
- Knowledge in production, engineering and maintenance processes.
- Knowledge in logistics and warehousing processes and activities.
- Knowledge in quality, health, safety and environment standards.
- Strategic thinking and business planning skills.
- Financial/accounting knowledge.
- Knowledge of reporting processes and mechanisms.
