• Duties :
-Handle Smart and feature phone and repairing software and hardware.
-Achieved monthly and daily targets.
-Handle manual testing for the handsets.
-Adherence to quality process.
-Ensure timely closure of customer handsets, should follow FIFO.
-Driving for achieving best/lowest cost within a specified time duration.
-Failure Analysis and make RCA and CAPA.
• Qualifications/Experiences:
-Good in English.
-Good communication skills.
-Diploma is a must.
-Experience from 2 - 3 years of experience in Software and Hardware repairing.
-Good knowledge of quality process and tools.
-Acquainted with latest operating systems and Android versions.
-Mobile Manufacturing/Repairing sector background.
