• Ensure that Production line machines are maintained and repaired by Inspecting equipment’s to avoid machine malfunction
• Execute preventive maintenance, and continually improving the operation and condition of plant mechanical equipment; by developing detailed PM activities according to the m/c manual standards.
• Provide on-going troubleshooting and overseeing the maintenance and repair of complex plant and infrastructure components and equipment.
• Provides technical guidance for CMMS; reviews the data in the CMMS ,makes recommendations about the types of data and the amount of data being collected.
• Participate in the development of procedures and systems for use within the Maintenance Department.
• keep maintenance reports and also make records for all the repair works on the machinery
• Record maintenance cost to control Maintenance budget.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical)
• 7 – 10 years’ experience in manufacturing , Plastics is preferred
• Good analytical and Critical Thinking skills.
• Excellent writing skills “Technical Reports, procedures, etc”
