IT Help desk at Orchtech


Orchtech is a multinational company located in Dokki , Giza , we are looking for IT Help desk to join ASAP

About the Job:
• Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems (hardware, or software).
• Install and configure and backup operating systems (Windows, Linux…) and applications.
• Install and configure and Perform routine maintenance peripherals (Scanners, printers, copiers ...).
• Troubleshoot & maintain network connections with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
• Troubleshoot & maintain wireless network connections.
• Set up user accounts, permissions, mailboxes, groups, Users applications and other server administration items.
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests rece

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science, Information Systems, Communications or related field.
• Experience: 1 -2 years of experience in providing help desk support.
• High-level knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Linux OS.
• High-level knowledge of Microsoft Office and hardware equipment set-up and utilization (Cameras, printers, scanners, modems, network cards)
• Good understanding of computer systems, MCSA, CCNA & firewall hosting.
