ABOUT THE ROLE

Tracking different supply’s KPIs, analyzing them on regular basis, measuring and looking into factors affecting those KPIs

Monitoring high demand areas and ensure supply availability
Analyzing captain economics
Regularly running cohort analysis for captains with different activity levels, tracking change in performance and coming up with plan to enhance performance of different segment.
Running and assessing different growth experiments and building playbooks of best supply practice
Work on a cross-functional supply growth team that is responsible for driving captain performance through monitoring, experimentation and prototyping
Using SQL queries to gather required data from the database to use them in your day to day analyses

Requirements:
• 0-2 Years of experience 
• Bachelor degree from an accredited university, preferably in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• SQL is required
• Good at data analytics and love making value out of data
• Comfortable writing scripts to automate data and reporting processes (JS, R and other programming languages)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ability to multitask and work under tight deadline
