Junior Quality Assurance at Intercom

We are expanding and currently seeking to hire candidates for Junior Quality Assurance:

Technical Qualifications:
- from 0 or 2 years experiences
- Graduate Computer Science, or any related discipline like (ITI) graduation.
- Have a good knowledge about CMMI maturity levels
- Have a good knowledge Software Development life-cycle
- Have a good knowledge Software Development methodologies-Agile -Iterative -waterfall 
- Process Improvement standards is a plus
- ITIL knowledge is a plus 

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform QA audit as a per of QA plan By using QA checklist.
- Documents non-compliance and their corrective actions.
- Communicate NCCA to project team, PM, PQM.
- Follow up non-compliance until closure.
- Preparing Consolidated NCs report(s).
- Participate in preparing the QA checklist according the current process 
- Participate in preparing the functions process . 
- Participate in our quality company initiatives
- Conduct Physical & Functional CM audit
