Sales Manager – Projects ( B2B )


URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR KUWAIT
Our client is a leading and well-established group of companies specialized in luxury building materials and high-end architecture products, with extensive experience in providing complete architectural solutions characterized by unique quality and design attributes. The company’s showrooms, factories and storage facilities are located across the Gulf in Kuwait, UAE & Qatar.

Position: Sales Manager – Projects ( B2B ) 

Responsibilities: 
- Sell products using technical, vendor, organizational and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying HAC assigned products to their needs, resulting in revenue generation and targets achievement 
- The position requires input and participation in marketing, market planning and technical development of products and services
- Participate in sales forecasting and planning
- Develop and increase sales revenue to meet assigned targets
- Develop HAC client base by approaching HAC target customers in target markets and influence and assist them in applying HAC assigned products to their needs
- Build the right sales presentation for each target customer segment (Engineering Consultancy Firms, Manufactures and Retailers)
- Negotiate and prepare Sales Quotations and Sales Contacts
- Provide product knowledge and training to Engineering Consultancy Firms, Manufacturers and Retailers assigned delegates
- Assist customer sales staff when needed in preparing their technical and financial proposals, negotiating, and closing their deals to engage and sell HAC products
- Create customer awareness of HAC's other services and products to increase cross-selling opportunities
- Properly feed and utilize HAC ERP tools in a timely fashion
- Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers using established guidelines
- Participate in providing inputs that might lead to development of new products, modification of existing products and discontinuation of ineffective products

Qualifications & Competencies: 
• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• Masters in Business Administration is a plus 
• A minimum of 7-8 years' experience with at least 5 years in a related industry
• Should have good knowledge of MS Office, ERP system
• Should be self-driven, result oriented, innovative and creative
• Should have very good communication and should be proficient in presentations
• Should have problem solving ability 
• Good command of English language, Arabic language would be a plus 
• Previous GCC / ME experience is preferable 
• Willing to relocate and travel as per business needs 
• Flexibility in working and coping with people's diversity 
• Nationality : Egyptian / Any
